Making a Gift of Securities - Securities held by a bank or broker
You can authorize your bank or broker to transfer a given number of shares of specific securities to Children's Home Society
Be sure to send us a copy of the authorization, as gifts of stock are transferred anonymously. When you request that the

- Enclose a letter stating the purpose of the gift
- In a separate envelope, mail a stock/bond power endorsed only (just your signature, everything else blank). Your
name should appear exactly as it does on the face of the certificate(s). If possible, include a copy of the letter you
