Making a Gift of Securities - Securities held by a bank or broker
You can authorize your bank or broker to transfer a given number of shares of specific securities to  Children's Home Society

Be sure to send us a copy of the authorization, as gifts of stock are transferred anonymously. When you request that the

Securities in Your Possession
When delivering a stock certificate by hand, you can either endorse it on the back side in the presence of the Center’s staff,
or sign a separate stock assignment form, often referred to as a stock power. Please hand deliver to: 415 Avenue A, # 100,
Fort Pierce, FL 34950.

Securities Held by You - Mail Delivery
If you prefer to send stock certificates by mail, please do the following:
  • use certified/registered mail, without any endorsement, assignment, or other notations to "  Children's Home Society
  • Enclose a letter stating the purpose of the gift
  • In a separate envelope, mail a stock/bond power endorsed only (just your signature, everything else blank). Your
    name should appear exactly as it does on the face of the certificate(s). If possible, include a copy of the letter you
    sent with your actual certificates in separate mail.
